Anita Mattei’s love for science and the countryside pushed her to devote herself to the study of hazelnuts and the oil that derives from them. In developing this line of cosmetics Anita Mattei was awarded ‘Excellence Made in Italy and Best in EU’ prizes on June 19, 2019 at the Chamber of Deputies in Rome (video here), for “Having combined tradition and innovation in a line of products of rare excellence.

The territory of the Tuscia in Lazio has focused on the cultivation of hazelnuts for many years. The aptitude for innovation of Dr. Mattei’s family, with four generations of growers, has redefined their work through a new supply chain approach.
